Has anyone experienced vibrations from either drilling or seismic testing? We have, for the last months, experienced a distinct low vibrating noise - this is VERY disturbing and leaves us totally sleep deprived. There is some type of natural gas activity in the Hughesville/Picture Rocks area, which is where we live, however we can't find the actual location of any well or planned well. Could this be due to seismic testing on a continuous basis?

I have attempted to investigate the concerns about Shale/Horizontal drilling. Most people are concerned about water and wildlife and this is heavily addressed by various instituions/politicians/gas companies. Our location is obviously affected by some type of vibrations and it is quite distinct. I am amazed, that noone has expressed concern about the noise and other type of similar. Is this a unique phenominon?
